I knew that the apartment next door was for rent, but the price was far too high for my budget. So this is what I did:
1. I got clear on what I needed
2. Write down what that need is…..seeing it can help to be clear
3. Let go of expectations or thoughts of what might happen……Meditation is great to quiet the mind
4. Feel the Confidence of knowing what you need and ASK for it to be met in a clear open way.
5. If it is someone else that you are asking for your needs to be met, wait for their answer before jumping in…ask then listen
6. If they can not fulfill your needs take a breath, for listening and don’t let it deter you from Asking someone else.
7. And don’t forget to ASK yourself if you can fulfill the need yourself.
All through this process acknowledge yourself for asking for your needs to be met…..This is a very important moment for you!!!!
There is no bad/or good response if you voice your needs and get them met……….Your doing Awesome!!!!
Love and Light on your journey to a passionate and fulfilling Life.
It was a video of Susan Boyle from Britain’s Got Talent and man o man she was AWESOME!!!!
She had me in tears…..Her voice was BEAUTIFUL!!!
But what had me in tears was…..Here is a 47 year old woman who has a DREAM and she got up on that stage and went for her PASSION that lived in her heart since being a 12 year old.
She let nothing hold her back….not the jeers, eye rolling,or any other sceptical motion.
She reminded everyone NOT to judge someone by how they look but to see their Passion and Personality and their uniqueness!!
Susan you ROCK!!!You are a BRIGHT LIGHT SHINING RAYS OF PASSION AND AWESOMENESS!!
CLICK HERE – to see SUSAN
AND then I saw season one’s winner Paul Potts and was in tears again by the PASSION and POWER of who he was and the gifts he brings-CLICK HERE to see this mobile phone salesman blow everyone away!
For me this reminds me to go for my Passion and let nothing hold me back!
So whe fear threatens to overtake your DREAMS and PASSIONS……Think of all the people out there that move you because of their FEARLESSNESS and GO FOR IT!!!
Blessings and Love!

Here are some of the Risk Factors:
• being a woman
• getting older
• having a mutation in the BRCA1 or BRCA2 breast
cancer genes
• having a personal history of breast or ovarian cancer
• having a family history of breast cancer or ovarian
cancer
• having high breast density on a mammogram
• having a previous biopsy showing hyperplasia or
carcinoma in situ
• never having children
• having your first child after age 35
• radiation exposure, frequent x-rays in youth
• high bone density
• gaining weight after menopause

progestin hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
Studies have also shown that eating more then 35 grams a day of unfermented Soy products (Tofu,Soybeans,Soy milk, etc.) can be a risk factor too.If you eat soy products they should be fermented like tempeh and miso.
Here are the three preventative steps to Breast Awareness…..Check it out and Save your TATAS!!
Routine care is the best way to keep you and your breasts healthy. Although detecting breast cancer at its earliest stages is the main goal of routine breast care, other benign conditions, such as fibrocystic breasts, are often discovered through routine care.
|
Step 1. Breast Self-Examination (BSE)
|
|---|
A woman should begin practicing breast self-examination by the age of 20 and continue the practice throughout her life – even during pregnancy and after menopause. BSE should be done regularly at the same time every month. Regular BSE teaches you to know how your breasts normally feel so that you can more readily detect any change. Changes may include:
If you notice any of these changes, see your healthcare provider as soon as possible for evaluation. |
|
Step 2. Clinical Examination |
A breast examination by a physician or nurse trained to evaluate breast problems should be part of a woman’s physical examination. The American Cancer Society recommends:
A physical breast examination by a physician or nurse is very similar to the procedures used for breast self-examination. Women who routinely practice BSE will be prepared to ask questions and have their concerns addressed during this time. |
|
Step 3. Mammography |
| Mammography is a low-dose x-ray of the breasts to find changes that may occur. It is the most common imaging technique. Mammography can detect cancer or other problems before a lump becomes large enough to be felt, as well as assist in the diagnosis of other breast problems. However, a biopsy is required to confirm the presence of cancer.
Since there is controversy among cancer organizations regarding when to begin having mammograms, as well as how often, talk with your physician about a mammography schedule that is appropriate for you based on your overall health and medical history, risk factors, and personal opinion or preference. According to the National Cancer Institute, women in their 40s and older should begin having a screening mammogram on a regular basis, every one to two years. But, the American Cancer Society recommends that by age 40, women should have a screening mammogram every year. (A diagnostic mammogram may be required when a questionable area is found during a screening mammogram.) Both organizations suggest that women who may be at increased risk for breast cancer should talk with their physicians about whether to begin having mammograms at an earlier age. |

more ways then one.I had never done a “no food” Cleanse for more then 7 days,so I was really testing my
boundaries.I chose to do the Master Cleanse for the month of September, 30 Days straight.
DAY 1: I kept “forgetting” that I wasn’t eating.I caught myself going for food on several occasions, altho never actually got any food in my mouth….YAY! I did however keep my drink handy so I would not break the cleanse on the 1st day.
Day 2,3,4,5: My awareness was very keen at that point.I was aware that I was hungry,I was aware that I could smell every food that was in my vicinity, and I was aware that by the 5th day my hunger was waning .Also by the 5th day I was getting bored of the drink,so I mixed lemon and lime juice to change it up.
DAYS 6,7,8,9,10: The next 10 days were a piece of cake, just not a piece of chocolate cake…lol.I did not feel hungry at all.I felt satisfied.Altho I did have to cut out on the salt water,my bowels were much to loose and I had to work.I do alot of massages,so leaving the room during one doesn’t work.I found that honoring where my body was and adjusting to it’s needs are more important then the salt water. I also knew that my bowels were flowing in a healthy manner. If it were the opposite I would have continued with the salt water.
DAYS 11-27: WOW my energy is so high that you wouldn’t know that I had no food in several weeks! I felt much lighter in my belly region.I no longer felt like I had a brick in my stomach. My skin cleared up,I could breathe better,my sinus issues cleared up and I could smell everything very clearly and crisply. An added bonus,I let go of some excess weight…..YAY, almost done too!
DAY 28: 2 days and I would be done
I had an amazing time doing this.I never thought I could get that far into it.I figured I could do anything now. That day was even a bigger day….I had chosen to do a Sweat Lodge, even tho I am a person that doesn’t like being overheated(I run hot as it is) I felt this would help to release the toxins and I have an affinity to Native American culture. This was a traditional sweat lodge run by an Amazing Native American leader and I stayed in for 5 doors, they went to 7 doors.I felt a little light headed, but Amazing.
THE LAST 2 DAYS: What can I say…..I MADE IT!!!! I got thru 30 days on The Master Cleanse and I felt Great.I followed thru, which made me feel happy, excited and scared all together.I admit the scared is because now I had no excuses not to do something.Yet that is something I was excited about too.I realized that I could do any challenge I set for myself.
The following days I only drank juices and liquid soups.I did this for 7 days.I may have needed several more days because I did it for so long, but I did miss food
