Tips on how to get what you need

I recently moved into a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment.This is a really exciting moment in my life because I have always lived with someone or been in a single room(studio). I asked for whOn top of that I asked for what needed and got it!!

I knew that the apartment next door was for rent,but the price was far too high for my budget.So this is what I did:

1. I got clear on what I needed

2. Write down what that need is.....seeing it can help to be clear

3. Let go of expectations or thoughts of what might happen......Meditation is great to quiet the mind

4. Feel the Confidence of knowing what you need and ASK for it to be met in a clear open way.

5. If it is someone else that you are asking for your needs to be met,wait for their answer before jumping in...ask then listen

6. If they can not fulfill your needs take a breath, for listening and don't let it deter you from Asking someone else.

7. And don't forget to ASK yourself if you can fulfill the need yourself.
All through this process acknowledge yourself for asking for your needs to be met.....This is a very important moment for you!!!!

Getting Your Needs Met MUST Be a HIGH Priority

There is no bad/or good response if you voice your needs and get them met..........Your doing Awesome!!!!

So this past week I click onto my email website and in the news section their was video.This video BLEW MY MIND!!!!

It was a video of Susan Boyle from Britain's Got Talent and man o man she was AWESOME!!!!

She had me in tears.....Her voice was BEAUTIFUL!!!

But what had me in tears was.....Here is a 47 year old woman who has a DREAM and she got up on that stage and went for her PASSION that lived in her heart since being a 12 year old.

She let nothing hold her back....not the jeers,eye rolling,or any other sceptical motion.

She reminded everyone NOT to judge someone by how they look but to see their Passion and Personality and their uniqueness!!

Susan you ROCK!!!You are a BRIGHT LIGHT SHINING RAYS OF PASSION AND AWESOMENESS!!

AND then I saw season one's winner Paul Potts and was in tears again by the PASSION and POWER of who he was and the gifts he brings-CLICK HERE to see this mobile phone salesman blow everyone away!

For me this reminds me to go for my Passion and let nothing hold me back!

So whe fear threatens to overtake your DREAMS and PASSIONS......Think of all the people out there that move you because of their FEARLESSNESS and GO FOR IT!!!

Family Harmony

I find that getting together with family can be Lovely and yet a little challenging. Family usually has roles for each member and that is how we react to each other.These roles we played in the family follow us through the years,it doesn't seem to matter that we have grown up into adults and have let go of those roles for many years.And sometimes we fall back into those roles like a comfortable pair of shoes,not even realizing that it is keeping us from having a strong,healthy relationships with our loved ones.I know that I am wanting to cultivate strong and healthy relationships with all my family,so here are a few tips to keep your visits full of Love and Harmony.

1.Stay in the Present....Keep conversations about what you are doing now,what they are doing now and minimal happy memories from the past.

2. Apologize or excuse yourself if you say something that could be taken as a jab.

3.Breathe before reacting....if a jab is throw to you.......Breathe and let them know you felt there was a jab or hurtful comment

4.Be Honest about your feelings in a calm peaceful and loving way.

Love your Family and Yourself create healthy bounderies and be in Harmony!
