I am a Nationally Certified Holistic Health Practitioner

I provide the following  Bodywork Modalities

Deep Tissue , Swedish (relaxation) , Shiatsu ,Thai Yoga Massage and Passive Joint Movement.

I also provide  Reiki and Hands on for balancing energy.

I facilitate and counsel clients using breath work ,

Trigger Point and Listening .

I have been practicing for over 7 years and have developed a

very Unique and Nurturing Massage , mixing modalities

and using Intuition and energy work to fulfill the needs of my client in the moment.
