MY MISSION : Creating and Inspiring Passionate Living and Unconditional Love with Healthy Boundaries,

NOW!!

I decided to leave behind a string of unhappy jobs, to pursue

my DREAMS with passion and determination.

I graduated from Bodymind College in 2005,where I fulfilled my

requirements for becoming a Holistic Health Practitioner.

I took classes in several modalities of bodywork including:

Deep Tissue , Swedish (relaxation) , Shiatsu and Passive Joint Movement.

I also took classes in Energy work: Reiki and Hands on for balancing energy.

I was taught how to facilitate and counsel clients using breathwork ,

Trigger Point and Listening .

I have now been in business for almost 2 years and have created a

very Unique and Nurturing Massage , mixing modalities

and using Intuition to fulfill the needs of my client in the moment.

That means that your massage is designed specially for

your needs in the moment , not just a routine , you will have a different

experience every time you come in.

I am Providing Creative Living Coaching , allowing you to

Create the life you want in Creative ways and getting

100% Support and Accountability.

I also focus on Body Image and Loving Yourself and Creating the

Self Care you need

so you can give from the overflow.

I share with you my path that I choose, and offer you the opportunity

to find and choose your path that fits and leaves you

Loved ,Taken Care of and Accepted for BEING YOU!

~

I am going to leave you wit a little piece of me

My favorite poem by Robert Frost:

~

ROAD LESS TRAVELED

Two roads diverged in a yellow wood
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth

Then took the other as just as fair
And having perhaps the better claim
Because it was grassy and wanted wear
Though as for that, the passing there
Had worn them really about the same

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet, knowing how way leads onto way
I doubted if I should ever come back

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence
Two roads diverged in a wood
And I took the one less traveled by
And that has made all the difference
